RAK Ceramics opens the doors of its new Design Hub in the heart of Milan, at 8 Via Borgogna. A space dedicated to architects, interior designers and developers, it represents a strategic step in the group’s international expansion. After Dubai, London and Frankfurt, the Lombard capital is home to the brand’s fourth global hub, consolidating its presence in European markets.

A world leader in the production of ceramic surfaces, RAK Ceramics is recognized for the high technical and aesthetic quality of its collections. The catalog is characterized by its breadth and versatility: from large formats with marble effects to the most modern textures and products for the bathroom sector. An offer that meets the needs of residential, commercial and contract projects, with solutions that combine design, performance and durability.

«With this new space, we aim to strengthen our presence in Europe and consolidate our commitment to providing innovative and high-quality solutions to the world of design and architecture,» said Abdallah Massaad, CEO of RAK Ceramics. «The Design Hub in Milan is a strategic platform to engage in dialogue with industry professionals and promote the excellence of our products».

The design of this space is signed by MMA Projects, an Italian studio specializing in architecture, interior and industrial design, which returns a contemporary vision of the brand’s identity: modular and functional environments, a refined material palette and spaces designed to enhance the material and facilitate design work.

Spread over 400 square meters in a 1930s building and distributed over several levels, the Design Hub alternates between exhibition areas, lounge areas and personalized consultation stations. An important project, the result of long work and an investment of more than one million euros, where collections of ceramic surfaces, bathroom furniture, sanitaryware and taps are articulated through immersive thematic installations designed to encourage exploration and personalization. Among the brands represented are those of the RAK Ceramics Group, including Kludi, a German faucet brand, RAK Porcelain with tableware collections for mise en place designed for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, and high-end solutions (tableware, surfaces and sanitaryware) signed by Elie Saab, testifying to the Group’s vocation for dialogue with the design world, even in the most exclusive segments.

Founded in 1989 in the United Arab Emirates, RAK Ceramics is now a global benchmark with an active network in more than 150 countries. The new Design Hub in Milan fully embodies its values: industrial roots, design culture and openness to international comparison.
