Maitò, the historic bathing establishment on the beach of Forte dei Marmi, has been an international style manifesto since 1960. The new restyling is characterised by the use of original materials, clean lines and technologies that harmonise with the colours and atmospheres of this iconic place.
With the idea of making the walls of the corridors dynamic, the project by Vitaloni + Partners with Interni now gave life to a copper sail, custom-made by De Castelli in the DeNuance finish, born from the combined action of fire, oxidation and pigments.
For the bathrooms, Demarea M4 stainless steel boiserie with “watercolour” effects and brushed brass inserts was chosen. Designed by Zanellato/Bortotto, it is the result of superimposed manual oxidations applied to the stainless steel.
