A subtle balance accompanies the numerous offerings of Meridiani’s 2024 collection. On one hand, there are the precise and geometrical shapes in accessories, and on the other, the soft and sinuous forms of the upholstered pieces. Through this complementary duality, Andrea Parisio, the brand’s Art Director and designer of its collections, achieves the timeless harmony that is Meridiani’s hallmark of style.

The new seating pieces are certainly the most playful and comfortable aspect of the latest collection. With lightweight volumes, rounded lines, and meticulously crafted details, these new seating options offer solutions that are as refined as they are informal, adapting to any environment – be it living, dining, nighttime, or office spaces—with a sophisticated touch, whether as discreet protagonists or decorative accents completing the scene.
The sleek silhouette and rounded volumes define Cosette, a chair with a soft seat that wraps around in a gentle embrace. Its lively nature is also expressed through finishes that allow for fabric or leather upholstery, as well as lacquered front legs, giving it a more vibrant and dynamic character.

Echoing Cosette’s design is Claudine, which takes the aesthetic concept and expands it for a more sculptural effect. Designed both as a dining chair and a lounge chair, Claudine features a compact, monolithic back with a single generous front leg – also available in a total look fabric, or in wood or lacquered finishes.
Inspired by Cosette and Claudine, the Gino pouf completes the family – a distinctive, curious, and hyper-versatile seating option. It features a thick round seat supported by three cylindrical legs (available in fabric, leather, wood, or lacquered). When fully upholstered, it offers an even more soft, colorful, and decorative appeal, adding a touch of personality to any space.

Jeanette by Meridiani
An island of comfort for lounges, conversation areas, and relaxation: this is Jeanette, a chair with generous and compact volumes. The designer envisioned it as an enveloping cylinder where the backrest extends to form the armrests – distinctive elements that provide maximum softness both visually and to the touch. Jeanette’s standout feature is its central leg (in fabric, lacquer, or wood), which echoes the rounded flow of the back shell: a graphic element that captivates with its bold yet cohesive design. With these offerings, Meridiani continues to define its lifestyle – a sophisticated way of inhabiting the home, with a recognizable identity that remains tailored to those who live in it.
