You Eco by Manerba

As winter approaches, many of us feel the urge to refresh our workspaces, transforming dull environments into areas of inspiration and productivity. Whether it’s setting up a professional corner at home or personalizing your desk in one of the many co-working spaces in our cities, this time of the year offers a perfect opportunity to revitalize your work environment with fresh and stimulating furniture.

Under the artistic direction of renowned designer Ilaria Marelli, Manerba provides solutions that go beyond furniture, addressing the current needs for new ways of living and working. The recent photo shoot at the “Giulio Romano” Art School in Mantua showcases furniture infused with the vitality and creativity of young students.

This choice is intentional; young people represent the most precious resource for the future, and developing design solutions with them lays the foundation for work environments that reflect positive and inclusive change. The concept of a “gentle total office” clearly emerges from Manerba’s offerings.

This approach centers on personal well-being, creating spaces that not only meet practical needs but also foster collaboration and inclusivity. Each piece of furniture works coherently with the people, turning spaces into environments that encourage creativity and productivity. Today, workspaces increasingly overlap with living spaces. We spend much of our day at home, and office meetings are limited to moments of sharing. We are witnessing a shift away from the traditional workstation concept towards the design of dynamic meeting and discussion areas. Therefore, the office world must adapt to the growing need for fluid and collaborative work modes, supporting greater exchange and participation.

An excellent example of this philosophy is the AMIS Social & Work Table, designed by Busetti Garuti Redaelli. This system expands to meet current needs, evolving into a large oval bench with eight workstations. With finishes and colors that enhance the large FSC®-certified wooden top, this table strikes a balance between refined aesthetics and functionality. The BENCI tiered bench system, designed by ADPdesign, embodies practicality and versatility. Made from natural multi-layer poplar wood with padded seats for optimal comfort, BENCI is designed for spaces that require simplicity and robustness. Its stackable nature and built-in cavities for storage make it ideal for dynamic and adaptable environments.

The MUSA Lounge Chair collection stands out for its variety and comfort. Available in three different types based on backrest, size, and base, this collection offers welcoming solutions for lounge areas and meeting rooms, providing both support and flexibility in operational settings. Addressing the increasing importance of providing acoustic and visual isolation without closing off spaces, Manerba introduces the Super Random seating system, designed by Gio Tirotto.

Featuring an enveloping sail-like backrest, Super Random balances the need for privacy with openness, serving as both a functional and decorative element. For both operative and executive offices, as well as meeting rooms, the You Eco desk system combines lightness and sustainability.

Each desk is modular and customizable, allowing a multitude of configurations to meet the diverse needs of professional teams. The unique color choices enhance the light structure, creating an inviting yet highly functional atmosphere. In a continually digitalizing world, Manerba recognizes the growing desire for quality physical experiences. The solutions offered merge and hybridize functions and spaces, placing people at the heart of design. Since we spend about 90% of our time indoors, it is essential that these spaces meet our practical needs and enhance our overall well-being.
