Located in a former 1940s bank in the heart of Rome, the Rome Edition is a luxury hotel example created within a building that celebrates Italian rationalism, designed by Cesare Pascoletti and Marcello Piacentini. The hotel retains fascinating original elements like courtyards, staircases, and chandeliers. Illulian‘s bespoke rugs add a distinctive touch to the interiors, using fine materials such as silk and Himalayan wool and artisanal techniques ensuring quality and durability. In this context, which has become a new urban and international point of reference, Illulian sets new standards in hospitality with customized projects, enriching the tradition of Italian hospitality with its touch of excellence.
The creation and supply for the Rome Edition project join numerous bespoke productions dedicated to the hospitality, residential, and nautical sectors, with Illulian being a valuable partner in developing various productions alongside architects and interior designers in their international projects. Guests of the Rome Edition are greeted by a garden with 400 jasmine plants and lanterns leading to the lobby, characterized by 7-meter ceilings and refined finishes. The 91 rooms offer a sophisticated aesthetic, with customized furnishings and minimalist elements.
