In the heart of Soho, Casa Gessi will open on May 21, 2024, at 214 Lafayette Street, inside a 19th century neoclassical building, just like the brand’s other “mansions” – in Milan, Singapore, London, Dubai, Riyadh – opened in buildings of great historical value. In the art, fashion and design district, Gessi has created a five-floor experience dedicated to customers, architects and designers (open by appointment only) to discover a new creative vision of transformed bathrooms and kitchens.
The New York journey begins surrounded by ledwalls that transport guests into an imaginative natural world. On the second level, the Gessi Boutique opens, inspired by the world of jewelry, thanks to a sartorial approach to the personalization of the bathroom space. Climbing up to the third floor, you are welcomed by refined lounges where you can sit down and where the collections are displayed in 15 trunks (reminiscent of the golden age of transatlantic liners, the means by which people once arrived in New York).
Finally, in an ode to sharing and celebration, we pass through the fourth floor, dedicated to offices, to reach the fifth floor Gallery: an intimate space where the brand’s creations are gathered. As in an atelier, each project is tailored to offer a couture experience, surrounded by a terrace where you can stop and sip cocktails overlooking the New York skyline.
