A collection of 4 designs in 4 color combinations that translate the patterns of Chateau Orlando. This is the new collaboration featuring Luke Edward Hall together with his eclectic world, and cc-tapis with its contemporary approach to traditional craftsmanship.
The Chateau Orlando collection paints a polychrome universe of geometric patterns, stripes, and flowers inspired by the 1970s and 1980s, made entirely by hand in the cc-tapis atelier in India applying the jacquard weaving technique.

“As an artist and designer, I enjoy juxtaposing my painterly line drawings with bold, graphic patterns – said the artist, designer, and founder of Chateau Orlando Luke Edward Hall Summer Roses depicts an urn of flowers inspired by my garden in the country, whilst Flower Grid takes its inspiration from an original 1980s carpet design. Jewelled Lattice is based on 1920s illustrations of jewellery. Wiggle Stripe, on the other hand, is a new version of a knitwear design from our autumn/ winter 2023 clothing collection; the original motif I came across on an embroidered church kneeler. “

The brand new collection is available on the cc-tapis e-commerce platform, which launched in 2021 and provides limited-edition collections made specifically for online sale.
