Definition, development and implementation of strategies for Maxalto, to boost the growth and appeal of the brand on an international level. These are the objectives behind the appointment of Italia Casalino as the new General Manager of the brand, part of Gruppo B&B Italia, which also includes the trademarks B&B Italia, Arclinea and Azucena.
Casalino’s previous experience is a fundamental factor, again in the design sector: her career began inside Indesit Company with positions in sales and management, then shifting to Luxottica Group as Business Director of the Ray-Ban brand. These experiences were followed by a period as Global Retail Director for the Natuzzi group, focusing on development of the distribution network and the evolution of the business model.
