Who says you cannot create intimacy even in outdoor settings? Ethimo responds with a new textile project by Paola Navone. Rete, Punto Croce and Camouflage are the new outdoor carpets, whose names suggest the type of weave.
“Soft and voluminous, the carpets are made with thick yarns in three different shades of concrete gray. The grainy weave forms abstract ton sur ton geometric motifs. The poetic, delicately lived-in effect narrates the Mediterranean sense of habitat,” says Paola Navone.
With an artisanal spirit, the carpets are woven by hand with macro-yarns for a soft, wooly look, mixing three different concrete tones. Resistant to weathering and UV rays, they adapt to lounge, dining and garden zones, terraces, balconies and outdoor seating areas.
