The latest trends in design for offices, hospitality and public spaces are examined at NeoCon, not just through avant-garde products presented by leading brands, but also with conferences and seminars to explore the future of creative culture. The protagonists are designers, architects, educators and artists, in a short circuit of ideas and visions to enliven every day at theMART.
Todd Heiser and Lily Diego of Gensler Chicago offer a look at the refurbishing project of MART 2.0, while speakers like Royce Epstein of Mohawk Group, Karen McCallum of CBRE Design Collective and Tanner Woodford of the Design Museum of Chicago will discuss new innovations.
One of the most outstanding voices include the versatile Bruce Mau, the visionary designer Shashi Caan, the founder of the art and design studio Bob Faust, and Nick Cave, a world-renowned artist who will present the installation Art on theMart during NeoCon.

In the variegated calendar of the Keynotes, on 13 June Between Art and Design – presented by IIDA – is a dialogue between Nick Cave and Bob Faust, partners in many projects, including the opening in Chicago of the Facility, a collaborative, multidisciplinary and multiuse location where art and design become key elements for radical change.
Bruce Mau on Design by ASID (14 June) reveals the vision of one of the most innovative and eclectic creators, whose collaborations with important companies reflect his idea of design as a tool to develop holistic and sustainable solutions.
On 15 June, AIA Chicago presents Design: Sustain-Ability with Shashi Caan, a talk on the works of the futuristic, visionary designer, focusing on the major challenges facing our society. To bring together the global design community, there are 47 sessions developed along eight tracks – including work, healthcare, education and sustainability – with virtual access on the digital platform NeoCon Hub.
