They function as dividers, separators, filters for light, barriers with a peek-a-boo effect to screen off given spaces. But there’s more: some of these panels are accessorized with consoles and shelves, coat racks, optionals that enhance function while also – in some cases – improving acoustics.

Multy is an innovative partition system with which to divide and structure spaces, create visual privacy and reduce the impact of noise in offices and workspaces in general. The system, created by the design duo Gabriele & Oscar Buratti, has been produced thanks to collaboration with the Tecno design division. It is composed of a single panel that can be configured, grouped and outfitted with a simple, intuitive system. The panel, composed of two external shells in polyester fiber obtained with high-temperature pressforming technology, is equipped with a built-in perimeter structure in anodized aluminium that contains interlocking connections to permit the addition of worksurfaces of different forms and sizes, shelves and accessories.

In the area of screens, we have Tracing Identity by De Castelli (painting design Alessandra Baldereschi), a limited and numbered edition of 99 pieces. This is a large screen with imaginary landscapes, a night sky and a hilly zone, depicted on each side. The chromatic variations obtained thanks to different oxidations performed by De Castelli on the materials are comparable to the colors of a painter on a canvas: the result is a painting that becomes a set. The screen is composed of three panels to permit different configurations, setting off private areas or dividing internal spaces to create a secluded corner protected by an imaginary landscape.
