To design the bedroom zone means creating quiet atmospheres of intimacy and comfort. A task performed not only by the usual items, such as the bed or armchairs – furnishings that already by nature speak of relaxation and rest, fostering wellbeing of the mind and the body. Unexpectedly, even the most architectural systems become an expression of order and harmony capable of permeating spaces, enveloping all their contents.

Poliform, with its extraordinary background in design culture, makes this reasoning into an art form, giving rise to systems that balance aesthetics and functional quality to respond to everyday needs while satisfying all the senses. Wardrobes and closets, in this perspective, become much more than storage units: they protect, contain, conserve and optimize, redefining spaces, decorating them while lighting and even purifying the air, thanks to modern technologies. They draw on a vast range of finishes, materials, equipment and accessories to create extremely personalized compositions.

In this way, Poliform reinterprets the closet in a contemporary way. The complete form of this evolution is Ubik, an elegant wardrobe cabin based on the combination of paneling and a rack system: a solution offering infinite configuration options. The structure of Ubik, in fact, calls for a system of wall panels available in a range of different finishes (wood veneer, glass, fabric effects or tecnocover), which can be combined or replaced by sections with racks (in slate or bright champagne finish), enhanced in turn by shelves and other outfitting: containers and accessories like trays, drawers with fronts in wood or glass, extractable shoe caddies, trouser and shirt racks to place at the desired height, in perfect order.

The open modular arrangement develops in an extremely rational but also flexible way with respect to style and compositional freedom. The product establishes a perfect dialogue with other Poliform furnishing systems, especially the Senzafine wardrobes, whose modular structure is matched by extreme versatility, also in terms of sizing, including framed sides (also in glass) and a wide selection of doors. The combination of these two systems – accompanied by island chests of drawers and a vast series of accessories – generates settings that are always unique, reflecting distinct personalities and styles, precisely like a garment.
