From thermoformed acoustic panels covered with Rubelli fabrics, to weaves that block sound waves. This textile firm of excellence expands its collections with new products that combine outstanding aesthetic research with remarkable acoustic comfort.
From the collaboration with the Milanese company Slalom, the panels of Rubelli Acoustics by Slalom permit extensive personalization thanks to the type and colors of the fabrics, guaranteeing acoustic wellbeing while boosting comfort levels in spaces.
The panels come in two types: Cloud Acoustic Wall, with a rusticated effect featuring protruding rectangles, and Wave Acoustic Wall, with an undulated surface. Created to be inserted in projects as décor features of exceptional character, the panels can be covered in eight different types of fabric, and are easy to install because they are applied to or removed from the wall using velcro. All the panels, in 70% recycled and 100% recyclable polyester, are ideal for residential and public contexts, thanks to flameproofing certifications for both the support and the applied fabric.
Rubelli’s research in this field also continues in the 2022 collection, with fabrics from the Extra Wide series, ideal for drapes and curtains. The names already indicate the focus on acoustics. Nonoise and Resonance are made with particularly high-performance technical fibers (washable, resistant to light, flameproof) and with sound-absorbing characteristics obtained thanks to relief weaves that prevent the spread of sound waves. Products that make a real contribution to a new dimension of comfort that had previously been overlooked.
