Exteta opens its first flagship store in Milan, at the central location of Via Turati 6. This new facility speaks of the brand’s DNA while displaying new developments for 2022.

Designed to convey a sense of the fluid spirit of the brand based in Brenna, in the province of Como, the space sheds light on the company’s research on materials, finishes and moods. It becomes an opportunity to put the spotlight on the skilled workmanship, know-how and expertise of the firm’s craftsmen.

Among the new items for 2022, Exteta presents the Delight Chairs, a project created in collaboration with Loro Piana Interiors and Paola Navone. This is a collection that starts with the image of the director’s chair, to develop a flexible family of indoor-outdoor furnishings that work perfectly on a domestic terrace or on the deck of a yacht.

A refined, practical and space-saving series that combines the creativity of Paola Navone with the excellence of Loro Piana Interiors, including a folding chair, a comfortable armchair and a stool, which also opens and shuts. The structures are in handcrafted Capelli mahogany, while the outdoor fabrics have been woven on jacquard looms by Loro Piana Interiors, making them flameproof, resistant to light, salt air, chlorine and mildew.

Other new offerings include the Sunset collection by Paola Navone, a complete family conceived to personalize and organize outdoor zones, with many items from cots to sofas to a table; and the Elba collection by Massimo Castagna, formed by a modular sofa with small tables to create unusual configurations.
Finally, there are the reissues of several iconic pieces by Franco Albini, like the Bergère 1939, the 1938 chair, and the Lupo 1945 chair.
