The quintessence of lightness

In the intimate space of the bath, where water flows and purifies, the design of showers, washstands and furnishings becomes light and simple

Sanitary fixtures become ultra-thin, with continuous, seamless surfaces, free of protrusions and liberated from anything superfluous. The new solutions transform bathrooms into spaces of remarkably clean lines and forms.

Light, clean lines generate the space created by Run, the new ultra-slim shower designed by Enrico Cesana for Agha (Artesi group). Thanks to intense design work and extensive testing, Run minimizes the traditional thickness of the upper section of the sliding shower cabin, taking it to just 19 mm. the separation between inside and outside becomes impalpable, almost abstract, also thanks to the elimination of the classic handle: Run incorporates it in the glass, with a choice that boosts the clean design while reinforcing the structure.

AYO Industrial is the innovative, functional collection of walk-in showers by the Irish company Flair, featuring a total matte black border in the ‘industrial style’ version. It is an elegant, essential system formed by fixed parts in tempered glass, framed borders and the absence of doors. The panes of glass, sections and stabilizer bars are assembled in a system that combines good looks with ease of installation, effectively sealed and watertight.

Open, the new shower by Samo, is a free system for immediate access, ready for positioning in any type of space. Thanks to a personalized and open configuration, the series makes it possible to devote the largest possible space to the shower, allowing for great freedom of movement while enhancing the host context, thanks to the essential character of the parts.

The photos commissioned by Kaldewei to the photographer and artist Bryan Adams for the new Superplan Zero shower tray also transmit a sense of lightness. Created by the Berlin-based designer Werner Aisslinger, the product is striking for its refined allure, practicality and sustainability. Superplan Zero is in recyclable steel enamel and stands out for the elegance and precision of its lines, accessible from three sides without thresholds. Flush mounted, the shower tray with its minimum thickness becomes a whole with the floor. Thanks to the clean borders and narrow curvature radii, it can be installed with smaller joints.

Duscholux presents the new finishes in true wood on Viva, the shower cabin that combines perfect design clarity with maximum personalization, available in versions with sliding or hinged doors. The practical magnetic closing system is extremely thin, and the Soft-Close function keeps opening and closing operations delicate. A warm, natural material par excellence, the wood of the inserts is installed on the upper part of the frame and comes in three different colors, for easy matching with other elements in the bathroom.

A ban on the superfluous for IXMO, the award-winning tapware collection designed by Dominik Tesseraux for KEUCO. IXMO is uniform across 360° and the protrusion of the external parts is always equal to 80 mm, for a harmonious, appealing image. The décor disks, available in round or square versions, elegantly support the whole collection. There are just two wall-mounted elements: the thermostat or single-lever mixer, with which to mount the deviator, the wall-mounted water source and the shower support.

The Tipo-Z totem washstand is part of the Atelier Collections by Ideal Standard, an elegant protagonist of a new vision of the bathroom. The washstand is an extraordinary reinterpretation by Palomba Serafini Associati of the mid-century Zeta model, originally designed by Gio Ponti, but now produced as a single, fluid piece of ceramic. Modern technology, craftsmanship and passion have permitted the original game of vertical elegance by Ponti to evolve in total lightness (ph. Carlo William Rossi+Fabio Mureddu).

Geberit ONE, the ground-breaking completely built-in solution by Geberit for the entire bathroom, is composed of a washstand, a toilet, a bidet, a shower and décor complements: a line with extremely clean forms, thanks to a continuous surface without seams or protruding parts, in a perfect combination of design and technical solutions. Thanks to the counter-wall, all the technical components of Geberit ONE are concealed inside while remaining easy to access, making room for free interpretation of the bath environment thanks to many ceramic items in the collection.

Extreme flexibility and essential design with a high level of personalization: these are the fundamental characteristics of Corretto, the bath furnishings collection by Inda. It is possible to configure your own Corretto system by choosing among the various sizes, with different finishes and materials for the fronts and the borders, creating interesting contrasts or match-ups in the vast range of available materials and colors.

With clean, essential lines, Noto by Ex.t is a multifunctional system of cabinets for the bathroom. Available in two sizes and thicknesses, it can be combined with built-in or countertop washstands. Envisioned for small and large bathrooms, the system is made with natural oak or lacquered MDF in all the colors of the Ex.t range.
