Patrick Norguet interprets the bedroom for Natuzzi Italia

Live the transition“: this is the motto with which Natuzzi Italia interprets the new normal, a transition that becomes opportunity and substance, analysis and vision. In an evolving world, Pasquale Junior Natuzzi, Chief Creative Officer of the brand, has invited designers to translate new décor needs, redefining objects and functions in the light of new everyday challenges. The new 2021/2022 collection of the Circle of Harmony family is a response to a new concept of balance, seen as a different way of living in domestic spaces, adapting them to different functions and styles with a focus on practicality, wellbeing and sustainability, to give rise to a new Era of Harmony with a spirit of contamination and sharing.

Among the designers involved, Patrick Norguet has created the Poly home-office collection for the Italian brand, including the Ema bed, with perfect proportions, available in four sizes to respond to different spatial needs. A bed that combines linear, contemporary design with aesthetic details that amplify the idea of relaxation: the headboard in leather or fabric, padded and enhanced by stitching – also around the base – to emphasize the sensation of softness. With covering on every side, also on the back, Ema can be placed anywhere, even at the center of the room. Nothing has been left to chance – the metal feet have the same finish as the structure of the headboard.

“We all coexist in a sensation of change and constant transition towards something, an arrival point that still seems blurry to us today,” says Pasquale Junior Natuzzi, Chief Creative Officer of the brand. “The ability to grasp the evolutions and changes in progress, and to enhance our lives through them, is an instinct that belongs to Mediterranean culture, an endless source of inspiration for our collections. Precisely from this perspective, we have initiated a new direction, involving new designers to reflect on the way we live in our homes, starting with contemporary needs and fulfilling them through the brand’s innovative design vision.”
