There’s a new address for design lovers: D Studio in Copenhagen, the first retail destination of Design Holding and a new multibrand experience on an international level, bringing together the brands B&B Italia, Maxalto, Azucena, Arclinea, Flos and Louis Poulsen under one roof for the first time.
Located amidst the historic buildings of Holmen, an area that is rapidly changing into an exclusive residential zone and one of the biggest creative districts in the Danish capital, D Studio is a space where you can discover the best of contemporary design culture, triggering collaborations and connections.
For the new opening, which will be followed in autumn by points of sale in Milan and New York, Design Holding has worked with Design Group Italia, the multidisciplinary studio based in Milan, to transform its vision into an appealing retail destination.
D Studio has an area of 1760 sqm, a large showcase to present different types of products, different stories and styles, from the icons of B&B Italia, like the UP Series by Gaetano Pesce or the Camaleonda sofa by Mario Bellini, to the latest collections of Maxalto designed by Antonio Citterio; from the kitchen environments, also by Citterio, for Arclinea, to the poetic and innovative lights of Flos, all the way to Louis Poulsen, the historic Danish lighting brand.
Inside, a “phygital” experience brings together physical and digital worlds, with the possibility of an easy passage from physical to digital shopping, both for private clients and contract applications.
