Ceramic weaving

Piqué is the new collection of ceramic tiles by José Manuel Ferrero of estudi{H}ac for Harmony. The source of inspiration is indicated in the name, that of a fabric with a double weave structure

Thanks to the passion of José Manuel Ferrero from estudi{H}ac for weaves and fabrics, Harmony presents Piqué, an original ceramic concept you can’t help but touch and feel, due to its particular material texture. The tactile focus and search for a geometric effect of various layers to create three-dimensional volumes led to analysis of this type of fabric, reinterpreted in an elegant collection of tiles.

The collection offers three variants: Piqué Waffle, which conveys the true texture of the fabric; Piqué Mosaic, which creates a three-dimensional mosaic effect in reverse; and Piqué 3D, which starts with the linear extrusion of the pattern of threads in the fabric to generate two pieces that create a chiaroscuro effect.
