The two manufacturers reinforce their partnership which began last year

The Austrian group Egger acquires 27.5% of the Italian company Cleaf, reinforcing a collaboration between the two manufacturers in the field of surfaces for furniture and interior design. “We have always pursued the idea of a wider-ranging cooperation. The partnership began one year ago, as the expression of a shared vision and mutual esteem, and it has led to the introduction of the Cleaf presented by Egger collection, distributed in six European markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. The two companies specified that the majority share of Cleaf will continue to be held by the Caspani family, while Egger underlines the fact that it does not intend to acquire a majority share in Cleaf, not even in the future.
