Clei is on TV with Property Brothers

On the new ‘Celebrity IOU’ TV show, Jonathan and Drew Scott choose Clei to refurnish the guesthouse of Brad Pitt

Clei makes a stylish TV debut in the company (standing ovation) of Brad Pitt. The Hollywood superstar had a chance to appreciate the transformable solutions of the company, enjoying the comfort of its seating and the functional quality of its systems during the first episode of ‘Celebrity IOU,’ the TV show created and hosted by the Property Brothers, namely the Canadian twins Jonathan and Drew Scott.

Known in Italy and around the world for their program that focuses on real estate and renovations, the two agents have launched a new show in April – now on the Canadian network HGTV and soon to reach our country as well – where they offer their skills to celebrities who want to express their gratitude to important people in their lives.

As in the case of Brad Pitt, the exclusive protagonist of the first episode, who called in the Scott brothers to transform an independent and seldom used garage in Santa Monica (California) into a marvelous guesthouse for his make-up artist and friend for over 30 years Jean Ann Black.

In just 37 square meters, the Oscar winner wanted a complete kitchen, a living area, a bedroom zone for guests, a bathroom, a professional make-up area and an extra storeroom for the cumbersome “tools of the trade” required by Jean.

Here, thanks to the US partner Resource Furniture, Clei enters the picture, after having already gotten to know the Scott brothers: a few years ago, Drew furnished the small, narrow attic of his home in California with the LGM swivel model, which transforms from a wall with shelving into a double bed, to make the very limited space into a private studio and guestroom.

The solution chosen for the renovated guesthouse in California (seen during the course of the program directly in the Resource Furniture showroom in Los Angeles) is Swing, the transformable system by Clei with a hideaway double bed and a sofa, combined with an accessorized column and a bookcase. When the user pulls the shelf a double bed appears, always ready to make the living area into sleeping zone for guests.
