Transparent design. Minotti in Bel Air

A very prestigious home, over 2700 square meters, in the exclusive Bel Air residential district, with refined atmospheres by Minotti. Structural transparency mingles in the aesthetic impact, extending into limitless visual perspectives, with details of contemporary luxury set by a mixture of soft hues and materials

A dream of transparency, created by California-based Paul McClean to offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city of Los Angeles, while bringing light and fresh air inside exclusive interiors. Three levels, large terraces, grassy zones, an infinity pool on the ground floor that cascades down towards the garden, and a range of colors inside composed of soft tones with hints of rust, green and gray, material textures and precious details.

The spatial and functional concept is refined, warmed by the use of Caravela and Mocha Cream limestone on the walls and floors, along with oak. The house has a unique, contemporary personality, above and beyond the extraordinary presence of a fitness center, a theater, a bar, lounge areas and a garage for ten cars, thanks to the furnishings by Minotti. From the very central Lou table by Christophe Delcourt, set in the middle of an entrance of museum-like proportions, to the Lawrence seating system that forms a true oasis of relaxation in the expansive main living area.
Here the Jacques ottomans and the Benson table stand out next to a three-seat Jacques sofa and some Aston chairs, the Caulfield Gold table and a comfortable Lawrence Clan pouf.

living area adjacent to the kitchen features a comfortable L-shaped composition of the Hamilton seating system, covered in an elegant fabric in shades of gray, accompanied by a Leger table and a Calder Bronze console. All the selected indoor solutions, seats and complements have been designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

A rarefied sequence of dining and lounge areas spreads through the ample outdoor zones, enhanced by a sinuous configuration of the Florida seating system next to the Halley Outdoor chair and – in a more intimate corner – a pair of Colette Outdoor chairs wrapped in a live Verde Khaki weave.
