After four years of construction, the first completely branded real estate project by Giorgetti has been completed. An accomplishment that confirms the Meda-based company’s close ties to the US market (already evident in the Giorgetti USA affiliate in New York), and its increasingly high level of specialization on the contract market. Giorgetti Houston is the result of collaboration with Mirador, a Texas-based firm specializing in architecture and interior design, Douglas Elliman Texas, one of the leading brokers on the US real estate market, and Stolz&Partners, developers.
There is a special focus on outdoor living, with large terraces that complete the domestic landscape. Here the latest open-air collections by Giorgetti create a stylistic continuum with the indoor spaces: here we see creations like Gea (design Chi Wing Lo) and the Aspara modular seating line Aspara (designed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba).
One plus of Giorgetti Houston is undoubtedly the accent put on services and common areas. The building offers a 24-hour reception service, a fitness center and outdoor zones open to residents. These spaces too become manifestations of the inimitable Giorgetti touch: first of all, the elegant lobby, which provides a preview of the refined taste with which the entire facility has been furnished. Among the highlights, the wooden floor with Godrium cladding generates a highly decorative pattern, thanks to a composition of triangular and rhomboid segments.
