The holding company, besides Inda and Samo, also includes Siro and Lineabeta. The latter Veneto-based firm specialized in the production of bath furnishings was acquired with a 100% share in November, in a transaction amounting to about 2.5 million euros.

Regarding this, Denis Venturato states: “This latest acquisition represents a fundamental and decisive step inside the general strategy of our group for the creation of a true reference point for Italian design in the bath furnishings sector.”

A strategic move that will permit the holding company to offer a complete range, responding effectively to the demands of various markets and distribution channels. Samo Industries has begun to work on the insertion of Lineabeta in the context of the Samo brand, thus forming a second product range, to complete the total look offerings alongside the products of Inda.
