For the 9th time, the September edition of Maison & Objet will be accompanied by Paris Design Week, from 5 to 14 September. The event sets out to attract large numbers of design professionals and fans. The protagonists of Paris Design Week are about 300 companies from the sector that show their creations at the fair and in the districts of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Les Halles-Marais- Bastille, Opéra-Concorde-Etoile and Barbes-Stalingrad.

Based on the Milanese model of the FuoriSalone, Paris Design Week enlivens the city with exhibitions, events and initiatives that in many cases have ties with Italy. One of them is Design Italia, the exhibition on the Italian art of living, curated by Rossana Orlandi. The show is held at Le BHV Marais and presents leading brands like Seletti, Delonghi, Artemide and Lagostina.

UniFor, a company in the Molteni group, celebrates its 50th anniversary and the 40th of its French affiliate by reopening its historic showroom. Flos presents its latest collections of lamps in two different locations: Passage Dauphine for architectural and outdoor products, and the flagship store on Rue de Bourgogne for decor lamps.
