The collections introduced at the 58th Salone del Mobile in Milan feature fine wood, metal finishes, soft matelassé, refined marble and precious leathers inserted in an exotic context.
There are countless references to the elegance of the last century and oriental culture, modernized by tones of minimalism. The range of colors includes neutral tones, from warm grays to sandy hues, enlivened by vivid touches of ochre and sky blue that add personality and unique character, as in the case of the Penelope model.
This modular sofa is based on the swivel chair of the same name. The structure is imposing but refined, with references to rationalism and the luxury of American Art Deco. A distinctive feature of Penelope is the vertical matelassé workmanship on the back, which creates an interesting contrast with the rounded, sinuous form of the frontal portion.
The booth at the design fair in Milan also presented the LA1016, a chair with a slim structure in solid wood combined with an ample seat in woven cord. The legs are enhanced by bronze and brass.
The Irma door, on the other hand, blends advanced production techniques with the use of the finest materials to provide functional quality and style. The gray veneered wooden frame forms a pleasant contrast with the panels featuring refined inserts in marqueterie de paille. The eye is immediately attracted by the elegant play of colors.
