An ideal central square is the starting point of an evocative exploratory process to discover the new furniture proposals by Poliform. The brand’s exposition space at the Salone del Mobile.Milano becomes a place of experience and relationships, first and foremost with furnishing objects. 1700 square meters divided into two areas host a constellation of furnishing solutions, all of them arranged in a double scenography destined for the living area and the night area. The common thread is the experimentation of new stylistic, chromatic and tactile interpretations, in absolute harmony between aesthetics, use of space and material; all to recreate an atmosphere of complete conviviality within the day area, and a private and intimate space in the sleeping area.

Continue collaboration with Marcel Wanders

The designers of this representation are stars in the world of international design, starting with Marcel Wanders. The collaboration between the company and the Dutch designer continues, and after the success of the Mad collection, this year he presents Gentleman: a new seating system that is at the same time a hymn to the most elegant comfort (as the name of the line seeks to evoke); the elements that make up the proposal are numerous, connected by the same stylistic code, while leaving each one of them with their own distinctive identity.

The versatility of Jean-Marie Massaud

The historic link with Jean-Marie Massaud, designer of various seating solutions in this edition, is also fertile and profitable: the Kay Lounge armchair in the first place, the ideal complement for the living room or for common spaces thanks to its steel structure with an architectural line (three finishes available, leather with accentuated borders, leather or fabric); and the Westside sofa: a set of essential modules that, through a play of combinations, defines a private island, an angular configuration or a large, unstructured modular sofa. Transversal not only in functionality but also in its destination, presenting itself both in the residential context and in public or hospitality areas.

Emmanuel Gallina and Poliform together again

There is the inevitable presence of a familiar face such as Emmanuel Gallina in the authoritative creative parterre of the company. The Jane collection is therefore augmented thanks to the bench version with backrest, to leave space instead for the debut of the Henry table, symbol of that refined and welcoming conviviality that the Poliform living room designs.

The code of Poliform

The great architectures complete the theatrical backdrop, thanks to the Code day systems (Poliform R&D) and the undisputed protagonist are the wardrobes of the night area (updated with a wide range of new accessories and finishes).
The new Code day system is also composed by a series of sideboards with the same name and that are essential pieces of furniture not only for the living room. Practical and elegant containers that play with harmonious combinations of materials and contrasts between full and empty spaces.

The result? A totalising experience.
