Salone del Mobile.Milano presents S.Project, demonstrating its ability to constantly innovate. The 14,000 sq m exhibition space has been expanded in pavilions 22 and 24, where companies specializing in the creation of design products and decorative and technical solutions for interior design take centre stage.

The hallmark of S.Project is multisectorality: it is a multifaceted space with a wide range of products by the 84 exhibiting companies. At the forefront, there are brands that specialize in interior design, such as Agape, Carl Hansen & Son, Citco, De Castelli, De Padova, Fritz Hansen, Maxalto, Missoni Home and Muuto; or in outdoor furnishings, such as Expormim, Exteta, Extremis, Pratic, Sunbrella and Tabu. There are also stands dedicated to surfaces (including Abet Laminati, Antolini, Budri, Cleaf, Florim and Framamosaici), to the fabric world, such as Amini, cc-tapis and Dedar; or to wallpaper, including Imperfettolab, Inkiostro Bianco, Jannelli & Volpi, JMM and Wall&Decò. There are also many representatives of the bathroom world (such as Antoniolupi) and kitchen design, most notably Boffi.

It is an innovative exhibition format that aims to offer a new business-to-business platform that strengthens the alliance between retailers, designers and companies. This synergy is embodied by the joint debut of B&B Italia, Flos and Louis Poulsen as Design Holding, the new global high-end interior design group created by Investindustrial and The Carlyle Group, which unites the three iconic companies.
The respective collections are presented in three distinct areas of a single stand designed by the Calvi Brambilla firm.

B&B Italia is taking the opportunity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic UP Series, designed by Gaetano Pesce. The Up5_Up6 armchair is offered in a special edition, upholstered with beige/blue-green striped stretch fabric, which refers to the original 1968 color palette, as well as in new solid colours: orange-red, navy blue, emerald green, blue-green and cardamom.
