Visionnaire is present at the international furniture trade show with its collection Respiro, selected to furnish the 150 sqm stand located in the prestigious Central Hall at CH10. CEO Andrea Gentillini describes the characteristics of the new series: “With Greenery we began developing a relationship with nature, intended as wellness, which continued this year with the project Respiro. To this ‘vital breath’ we added a rhythmic energy by associating it with shapes, positive and negative space, and transparencies that materialise into precious materials, metals, marbles. We created harmonious compositions, characterised by typically oriental symbols, incorporating a dialogue with western elements.

Gentili goes on to unveil the products on display at the Salone del Mobile Shanghai: “The space will be furnished with the most popular room interiors, like the Backstage sofa by Fabio Bonfà for the living room, the Kerwan table by Alessandro La Spada for the dining room, and the Ripley bed by Fabio Bonfà and Westley Vanity Unit by Steve Leung for the bedroom.”

But that’s not all. Visionnair, a brand specialising in luxury furniture, recently inaugurated its new Yantai showroom. The CEO emphasises China’s growing importance in the world of design: “In China the luxury sector is growing faster than in any other country. That’s why for Visionnaire it’s such an interesting and strategic market. Today we have 13 mono-brand stores in China, the latest one inaugurated in May in Yantai. In the second half of the year we will open three more locations: a third mono-brand store in Shanghai, another in Suzhou, and a multi-brand store in Hanzhou.”
