Milan Design Week officially began on 23nd March and Ethimo, ahead of its time, has presented two of its latest products which will be on display on occasion of the Salone del Mobile, at its Milan showroom.
Lucerna, the outdoor lamp designed by Luca Nichetto, is a delicate light source containing all characteristics essential for outdoor products: it is waterproof, rechargeable and easily transportable. A true industrial design product featuring a shape which alludes to classic contemporary and subtle marine style. A technological lantern. The name Lucerna (which coincidentally means oil lamp in Italian) is an explicit reference to lamps used in Ancient Roman times.
Grand Life by Christopher Pillet is the new furnishing range (obviously for outdoor use) which harmoniously embraces Ethimo style. A style characterised by the sheer depth of seats and backs which has become a distinctive feature of creations by the Vitorchiano-based company.
Grand Life sofas and lounge chairs are refined products, destined for a select public, for home or hospitality use.
