Four collections by Ethimo and their Mediterranean style

Four collections that interpret four different conceptions of sitting and relaxing outdoors. At ICFF, Ethimo is presenting Esedra, Kinit, Nicolette and Swing, four product lines that were inspired by the passion for nature and Mediterranean culture and creativity of their renowned international designers. Starting with classical culture, Luca Nichetto has created Esedra – the name is the Italian word for exedra, a semi-circular space for philosophical conversations – and a cosy social area, consisting of coffee tables and sofas with a semi-circular backrest made of woven synthetic fibre. Meanwhile, the Swing collection by Patrick Norguet is characterised by the enveloping design of the teak structure of various types of chairs and sofas and has been expanded with a new table with a slatted teak top and a dining chair. Patrick Norguet also designed the Kint series, characterized by elegant woven synthetic fabric rope seats and a teak or mahogany structure. The Nicolette chair, also designed by Norguet, is equally refined. It features an aluminum structure in two different versions: with a perforated sheet metal back rest or upholstered in fabric with rigid pleating.
