Custom-made Italian elegance: Colombostile meets Rubelli

The Colombostile flagship store in Via Durini in Milan features a new set-up and a new exclusive collaboration: it is the stage for the Colombostile meets Rubelli event during Fuorisalone. This year the Venetian brand’s fabrics have been used to stylishly upholster the historic Brianza-based company’s classic pieces, in an exclusive edition. This collaboration is part of Colombostile’s journey towards continually evolving stylistic research: year after year, the company offers new interpretations of the iconic pieces in its most representative collections.

Hence the perfect union of two global leaders in international luxury, signed by designers Giovanni Maria Malerba di Busca, Roberto Nicolai, Carlo Rampazzi and Elena Viganò. A strong, sophisticated language in which silver and cobalt blue inspire creative choices and precious handmade furniture features wooden carvings and inlays, stylish marble tops, textured finishes inspired by starry skies, tufted silk velvets, diamond mirror panelling and rich details. The striking visual effect is finished by the use of Swarovski crystals and by contemporary works by artist Roberta Diazzi.
