OAK, a timeless aesthetic style

Oak Industria Arredamenti‘s recently opened showroom in Via Fatebenefratelli has an elegant, intimate setting: it is another example of Made in Italy based in the city that best represents it and is preparing for Design Week 2017.
«We decided to open a small ‘corner’ in Milan – a lively city that is becoming increasingly attractive internationally – that will be the spokesman for the OAK universe. There are many different aspects and new products to discover, especially our unique Tailored and Unlimited Italian Design service», explains Renato Pologna, president and second generation at the head of a company that has always exported the most specialized Italian-made products worldwide.

The company’s collections have always boasted a timeless aesthetic style and interpretation of luxury interiors, with furniture designed by masters such as Luca Scacchetti, Ettore Sottsass, Paolo Portoghesi and Masanori Umeda, as well as completely customized creations.
The showroom is a tangible mirror of the company’s international interior and contract projects, for which the company mainly acts as a partner, offering a complete range of furniture, padded furniture, lighting, accessories and special pieces, all produced with a strictly artisan approach.
High-quality materials, timeless designs, artisan savoir faire, exquisite décor and a sophisticated atmosphere define a space that is the first approach towards a total project. Like the projects completed for major international clients by the historic Cantù brand’s Contact Division.
«We can offer solutions for different tastes – continues Renato Pologna – with an idea of style that mixes the authority of classic style and the past, or highly contemporary cultural references. Our projects are designed with a proactive approach and created in collaboration with architects and interior designers, according to the precise instructions of the clients».
In addition to its proven and flexible organization, human capital has been a crucial part of the company’s history and success, from the three family generations to the skills of specialized technicians, decorators and designers.
