From Miami Court to 59 NW 36th Street: Miami division of Poltrona Frau Group changed address, locating between the lively Design District and Midtown. After selling the latest 2.400-sqm personalized building for a record price of 26 millions of dollars, the Group – made up by Cappellini, Cassina and Poltrona Frau – temporarily organized the new space, waiting the restoring project will be completed (deadline on Summer 2017).
Not only the Poltrona Frau Group’s showroom, but also a restaurant, an underground parking, an art gallert and multiple stores will be part of the building. The company, close to Armani/Casa, will occupy a 2.400 square meters of surface, among the total 6.500 divided in four levels.
The relocation is a testament to the fast growth that characterizes the brand, present in the city since 2011 with a flagship store, more and more admired in the United States, especially in Florida. The strategic location represents this tendency, close to the social Miami as well as the Design District.
