Only world’s leading brands for the One West End new residential project. Elad Group in partnership with Silverstein Properties, excellences of American real estate, have commissioned to Scavolini 250 high-tech kitchens, customized by the visionary genius of Jeffrey Beers, that took care of the interior design.
The brand’s proposals selected traditional materials, rethought in unconventional combinations. Walnut wood – used for the structures and the covering of the shutters – tempered glasses in champagne nuances and the steel of the kitchen island make elegant the environments, in line with the desires of the refined jet set public.
The architectural project of the tower (42 floors with 246 apartments and two penthouses) was curated by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects design studio, as part of a larger project Christian de Portzamparc’s Riverside Centre that includes, among other 3.2 acres of green space and a new public school.
Many comforts are included in the residential complex: from the fitness centre to the pool with spa, from the play area to the lounge with numerous facilities, ending with a convivial space that includes a visible kitchen.
One West End obtained in 2015 the 5 Star Award for the category Top Project of Residential Tower in New York.
