A wide range of new kitchen products will be on show in Milan during Design Week, both at Eurocucina, in Fiera, and at FuoriSalone, within the showrooms and locations in the city of Milan. Household appliances will also have their own space, both in Fiera, with FTK, and “outside”. These two distinct sectors and their panorama of various styles are summarized in this overview. On the one hand, furnishing systems, with integrated living solutions enhanced with impactful materials, which, depending on the trend, feature ad hoc finishes: “aged” woods for industrial chic, dyes and gloss for a contemporary style, coatings, resins and natural tones for new minimal. On the other hand, household appliances, which use professional kitchen techniques and comprise “families” of coordinated products, while the range hoods stand out as items of furniture.
