A challenge for young graduates and professionals

Creativity is the keyword to take part in Make It Odd (Take It Home)’s contest supported by Istituto Marangoni and the brand Cappellini, which will be closed on May 23 and is addressed to designers and architects, both freshly graduates and professionals.

After the great success of the first edition SIT DOWN!, this year the jury judging the projects consists of influential personalities of the Italian and international artistic scenario such as Paola Navone, Giulio Cappellini and Ferruccio Laviani, but also the School Management with Massimo Zanatta and Cristina Morozzi, the Director of Foreign Relations of FederlegnoArredo, Marco Sabetta. They will be selecting the best furniture product, both creative and unconventional. Participants will have to commit to the research of original materials, shapes and structures or purposes. Innovation is the key feature to follow, without overlooking quality and coherence with the guidelines suggested.

Among the entries, only one will win the scholarship – offered by the design company Cappellini – for Italian Product & Furniture Design Master in the School of Design of Istituto Marangoni, starting from October 2016 in Milan.
