Everything is ready for the Interior Mebel Kiev!

THE 2016 EDITION OF INTERIOR MEBEL STARTS TODAY, THE EVENT DEDICATED TO FURNITURE AND DECORATION GATHERS MORE THAN 100 COMPANIES OF THE SECTOR IN KIEV, WITH A SIGNIFICANT REPRESENTATION FROM ITALY 

Interior Mebel, the meeting point for designers, architects, companies and retailers coming from Ukraine but also from many other countries, is back. From February 17-20 the scene warms up at the International Exhibition Centre. The vast offer of the exhibition is supported by a comprehensive programme of initiatives focused on the main theme of the event: design and furnishings.

Focal point of the event is the Auditorium, which hosts a schedule of interesting, high-quality conferences. Tomorrow the journey starts with Moods by Marc Sadler: three different dream-like, individual interpretations of the bathroom space defined by dominant colors. Later, the appointment with the Design communications in post-industrial age by the Ukrainian Design Union: an analysis on the new era characterized by the transition from industrial manufacturing to high-tech activities.

On Friday will come the turn of Roberto Gobbo, star of Thinking Design: the story of three thematic areas including Furnishings, exhibition stands and design showcases, the critical stages of design process in the world of design, which demostrates its highest expression in the collaboration with Gruppo Euromobil. Finally Cees Donkers speaks about Society 2.0, a new society and generation identity following the “making-industry” of the ’90s, and draws on the thinking-industry that has created a new smart Design city identity.

From this month the new web portal INTERDEMA is online in support of the event, a comprehensive virtual window on the former USSR countries market. INTERDEMA is the B2B platform that adresses professional, retailers, distributors, interior designers and architects enabling companies to keep a constant presence in this area, to give greater visibility to their products in 5 languages ​​(English, Russian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani and Kazakh). Moreover, it also carries out a B2C function, since any company can enter the list of its vendors based on this geographical area, so that the consumer can address directly to them.
