As in the fashion world, also in the furnishing sector the spring season is the ideal occasion for a "change of clothes". Roche Bobois follows this trend with new proposals – three to be exact – which anticipate the Spring / Summer 2016 New materials, new lines, new volumes (as well as new designers to sign the projects) to bring a breath of fresh air to interiors.
Sacha Lakic designs the Spoutnik chair, light in the base, but large and comfortable in the seat. Attention to details is evident in the use of a double finish for legs (available in chrome and black), continuing in the contrast of the upholstery's fillets, which frames the product.
The Bijou tables, created by Fabrice Berrux,create a collection of decorative objects from different heights and diameters, united by the materials used: the steel frame (in black matte lacquer or chrome) blends with the top in gray graphite marble or white Carrara marble .
Last but not least, the Flag lamp designed by Italian Servomuto studio. A curious outcome for this combination of seemingly contrasting materials: the solid base in gray marble supports an octagonal stem in solid walnut, to explode in a cotton lampshade (in warm shades of yellow, orange and gray).
