La Cividina: three collections and a passage through history

The Friuli-based company has always stood out for its ability to narrow the gap between residential and contract projects and, under the artistic direction of Luca Botto, has undertaken a path marked by 'objects' essential and refined.

During the German event that starts the year of the furnishing calendar, La Cividina presented the collection Ala by the young but already award-winning designer Sebastian Herckner (Guest of Honour of IMM 2016), the Accursio line of small tables made by Antonio Sciortino (a long-term partner of the company), the Serie 50 armchairs by Antonio Rodriguez (partner of Matteo Thun) and the oversized Windmill_seating island pouf conceived by the eclectic designer Constance Guisset. The revamping of the Osaka sofa, designed by Pierre Paulin in 1967, represents the historical roots of the company. A re-proposal that restores newness to a product that had a strong impact in the history of design.
