Prevalent materials such as wood and tiles evoke craftsmanship and traditional values in the cooking and butchering professions. Wooden boxes for fruit, typical of open-air markets, easily adapt into the environment and become an essential part of the setting, highlighting the authenticity of the ingredients used in the restaurant. The warm and welcoming atmosphere that derives from it is energized by bright contrasting colors: a modern touch that culminates in the technologic presence of tablets for consulting the menu and concluding the order.
