Standing in the shadow of the Bosco Verticale (Vertical Forest) – the Milanese skyscraper which won the International High-rise Award – stands the new Ristorante Bio.it. “Organic” and “eco” themes characterize both the food concept and its spatial design, for which architect Ingrid Fontanili has chosen various chairs by Billiani. Gradisca chairs and stools and Tracy chairs alternate in the interiors (extending over approximately 140 sq m) and the outdoor dining area (70 sq m). Wood is the protagonist of this project and further emphasizes the importance of its close bond with nature.
