Double triumph for Zucchetti. Kos at Good Design Award

The Zucchetti. Kos Group is pleased and proud to announce the victory of the prestigious Good Design Award 2015, given by The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design in collaboration with the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies, for Him mixers collection and Wazebo the mini wellness pavilion, both designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba.

The success of Him and Wazebo once again proves the important role of Zucchetti. Kos in bathroom design, thanks to their constant and growing commitment to technological research, formal, aesthetic and functional innovation, design and quality. Due to the eclectic nature of its collections, the Zucchetti. Kos Group offers a complete, innovative and unpublished bathroom world, able to interpret and answer the needs of an aware and careful consumer, that elects wellness as a primary value.

Conceived by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba, the Him collection is characterized by a  radical, compact and streamlined design. Him is essential, simple and elegant, it has been defined by the authors "an architectural object lived in by an almost ergonomically organic handle". A product with a green soul: it was designed to reduce the quantity of materials used to a minimum, creating a lightweight object that allows the water to show off the full extent of its vitality.

Still designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba and already awarded the 2015 Design Plus, Wazebo is a unique and innovative object. An elegant and essential shower for outdoors, able to transfer outside the comfort, the protection and the functions of a shower cabin, without giving up a direct contact with the surroundings. The wide openings, the slim frame and the platform with wooden slats give the user a feeling of complete immersion in nature, in a symbolic break between interior and exterior, between natural and artificial.
