Poliform. Exclusivity for contract projects

Two exclusive new destinations add to the already long and prestigious portfolio of international references held by Poliform Contract. The division of the company dedicated to interior design projects – from large-scale supply to custom-made solutions – was called on to take part in two exclusive residential projects. The nature of the projects is markedly elegant and modern, in perfect harmony with the trademark Poliform design style.

The most recent project was Dukley Gardens, a residential complex brimming with an almost heavenly atmosphere which is located in the most alluring part of the city of Budva, in Montenegro’s Zavala peninsula. An oasis of luxury immersed in wonderful natural surroundings, the complex has a direct view of the Adriatic coast and overlooks the old town. Designed by German company Nps Tchoban Voss Architekten, built by American firm Turner Construction and furnished almost entirely by Poliform | Varenna, the complex is formed by 36 villas made up of 202 apartments ranging from 86m2 to 544m2.

Drawing on the synergy between its various brands, the Italian company supplied kitchens, closets, sofas and other furniture, creating a simple, delicate style capable of blending in with the existing architecture and landscape. Set on a 35,300m2 site, the villas – which also have direct access to three beaches, multiple restaurants, spas and the Yacht Club – are part of a wider project (being undertaken by the Stratex Group) in the city which includes Dukley Residences and Dukley Marina Budva.

Our round-up continues in Australia. The second project is one that marries tradition with contemporaneity, where the architectural heritage has been allowed to shine through a modern interpretation of shape and material. Situated in Potts Point, an exclusive area of Sydney, the Wylde Street residential complex is the result of a renovation project on an old building, which used the services of SJB Architects and Investec and was furnished in collaboration with Poliform Sydney. For each of the 22 apartments in the building, the brand provided closets made from Spessart oak, complementing the elegant atmosphere of the rooms to perfection. All of the apartments feature a large, private open space designed to capture direct sunlight through panoramic courtyards and large balconies.
