The perfect fusion of art, design and fashion. An hub for creative minds, for art lovers and fashion followers. This is the Miami Design District, meeting point for different expressions of projects in the heart of Miami Beach.
The strong development of the city in the latest years has involved also the design field, that has been able to establish a great presence, with creation of more than 130 galleries, showrooms, stores, temporary installations and permanent collections.
The District is distributed along an area in the north of downtown and less than 10 minutes away from South Beach.
Fifteen years ago, entrepreneur Craig Robins recognized the potential of the location, and started acquiring and redefining properties in the area. The Design District began to juxtapose design brands with luxury international signes.
Christian Louboutin, Dior, Cartier, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Tiffany, just to named some of them. Behind the well-known fashion labels, we can find the italian design brands, that in the interior sector can boast the same prestige.
From the important monobrand as Poliform, Boffi, Molteni and Luxury Livign Group, to the stores of Baxter, Kartell, Poltrona Frau, Vitra, Zanotta, Lema, Valcucine, Maxalto, MisuraEmme, Alex Turco and much more.
The interior signes are buying space, also thanks to cooperation with local retailers like Luminaire and Internum.
In the occasion of Maison&Objet Americas, the luxury brand Visionnaire opened the refined space in Biscayne Boulevard, extended on 800sqm, to present the latest collection in a prestigious atmosphere dominated by soft and white tones.
We are waiting in the next weeks the inauguration of the Minotti showroom in the center odf the District.
